operated by Tracey E. Frost.
We strive to make your experience at our salon and day spa peaceful and satisfying: a small oasis in your busy
life. Our staff has been hand-picked and rigorously trained, and each of them is committed to listening to what you want,

Tracey Frost
Owner
The BodyWorks, Inc., is owned and operated by Tracey Frost who also owns
and operates Absolutely Electrolysis and Skin Care. Both businesses are located at 17 Western Avenue,
Hampden, Maine.
Tracey graduated from the Orlando Institute of Electrolysis in 1993 and then from
The Hollywood Institute in Hollywood, Florida in 1999. She
is a licensed Electrolysist and Aesthetician and has also returned to school for training in Medical Esthetics.
Her specialties include facial peels, medical esthetics, medical techniques, all
types of body wraps, sugar scrubs, hydrotherapy, infrared therapy, herbs and healing modalities like Chakra Alignment and
Holistic Therapies.
Jessi
Hair Design & Color
Specialist
Jessi takes a comprehensive approach to each
client's personal hair care needs. Her goal is for each client to leave the salon completely satisfied with their hair.
Jessi graduated from Pierre's School of Cosmetology
in 1997 and has been steadily employed in the Cosmetology field for over 10 years. Jessi specializes in Color Cuts and Childrens
cuts but she also does highlights, lowlights, manicures, pedicures, mens cuts, updo's, perms, brazilian and bikini waxing.
Jessi is a mature and experienced stylist who looks
forward to the adventure of a rewarding and exciting career!
Amy
Massage Therapist
Amy is a licensed Massage Therapist who has been with the BodyWorks
since April of 2007. She is passionate about her career and loves all aspects of Massage Therapy from basic Swedish Massage
for relaxation and stress relief to Deep Tissue Massage for longer lasting results. Amy especially enjoys pre and post natal
massage and helping expectant and new mothers cope with the changes in their bodies.
Amy graduated from Pierre's School
of Cosmetology and became licensed in 2007. She is also Level 2 Reiki Practioner and is and has a true love for her profession.

Holly Zapsky
Hair Colorist & Stylist
LCN Nail Technician
Holly is the mother of six wonderful children and has been in the beauty business for over 20
years. Holly is a consumate professional who is experienced and competent to perform many kinds of services, including
perms, specialty colors, Hi-Lites, Low-Lites, childrens, mens and ladies hair cuts and styles as well as the application of
LCN nails.
Holly is dedicated to her clients and establishes a relationship with them right from the beginning.
With her easy going attitude and quick smile she is a favorite in her field and is requested often by our clients. We
are pleased to have such a wonderful and experienced staff member that can easily provide you with the service you need. You
can feel comfortable in her hands!
